Join us in community for a deep dive into the Poly-Vagal Nervous system theory and the 5 Element emotions of Anger, Sadness, Overjoy, Worry and Fear. This seven class series will incorporate education, Kundalini Yoga, mindfulness-based practices and somatic awareness exercises. Each class will conclude with deep, deep rest.
