MBSR is an evidenced-based, eight-week educational course designed to empower participants to take an active role in the management of their health and wellness. The curriculum teaches body and mind awareness practices to assist people living with daily stress and those with physical or psychological related pain and illness.
Schedule for the series includes Monday Evenings beginning March 27th through May 15th from 6:00 - 8:30 pm. The series also includes A Day of Mindfulness Retreat on Saturday April 29th, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm .
