MBSR is an evidenced-based, eight-week educational course designed to empower participants to take an active role in the management of their health and wellness. The curriculum teaches body and mind awareness practices to assist people living with daily stress and those with physical or psychological related pain and illness.
Schedule for the series includes Monday evenings beginning July 1st through August 19th from 4:30 - 7:00 pm. The series also includes an online Day of Mindfulness Retreat on Saturday August 3rd from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
This series is sponsored by the Wellness Place, a Wenatchee-based non-profit organization with a mission to give compassionate support and FREE resources to NCW cancer warriors, from diagnosis to survivorship.
