MBSR is an evidenced-based, eight-week educational course designed to empower participants to take an active role in the management of their health and wellness. The curriculum teaches body and mind awareness practices to assist people living with daily stress and those with physical or psychological related pain and illness.
Schedule for the series includes Thursday evenings beginning October 12th through December 7th from 6:00 - 8:30 pm. The series also includes an online Day of Mindfulness Retreat on Saturday November 18th from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm .
